commercial investments as long as you know what you are getting into.  Your thorough building inspection in Houston was nothing short of amazing.  You went
through ever aspect of the property from foundation to the roof top.  We we blown away by the infrared thermal imaging of the commercial structure to include the
roof covering of the Property.  You thoroughly explained all aspects and concerns and even pointed out areas that need immediate repairs and improvements for
safety and maintenance prevention.  Your thermal imaging of the commercial real estate property identified areas of energy waste and possible moisture
